A self-taught photographer, Tan Chin Hock has been taking pictures for more than 6 years. His portraiture works have been featured in the Ngee Ann Photographic Exhibition, one of the largest photography exhibitions in Singapore, in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He also authored "Father (父), Mother (母)" a photo book that promotes strong families and the tradition Asian value, Filial Piety.

With a desire to help more people realise the importance of taking good pictures, he taught photography to the community on a pro bono basis for 6 months in 2017.  He quipped “Photos help us to reminisce those beautiful family memories. And pictures that are engaging help us connect deeper and the recollection more heart-warming.”
