KidsFest 2019: The Tiger Who Came to Tea
KidsFest brings world-class theatre for young people in Hong Kong and Singapore. Each year the festival brings well-loved story book characters to the stage to engage and encourage children’s interest and learning in literary and the arts.

The Tiger Who Came to Tea is delightful sing-along stage adaptation of the classic teatime mayhem as shared in famous children’s book author Judith Kerr. The show tells of a surprise guest who turned up at the door just when Sophie and her mummy sit down to have tea. Who would have expect a big stripy tiger at their doorstep?! Expect a play full of surprises perfect for children from 3 years.

Dance Appreciation Series 2019: Introduction to Don Quixote
A dazzling and educational ballet series created just for children, presented by Singapore Dance Theatre in collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. As a lead-up to Singapore Dance Theatre’s 2019 opening production of Don Quixote, this classic ballet has been condensed into an hour-long special for young audiences!

Don Quixote is a glittering showstopper that tells a story of love, betrayal, and eternal devotion. Told through narration and dance excerpts, Introduction to Don Quixote is a ballet for the young ones. Join us and learn more about the enthralling world of dance and ballet. There will also be a meet-and greet-session with the cast after the performance, so come dressed in your favourite costumes!
