Gung-ho fitness enthusiasts can kick-start their day with the Families for Life Duathlon to cycle and run on a 5km closed roads route along the Civic District. The flag-off is at 8.15am from St Andrew's Road, outside National Gallery Singapore.

Those who prefer to start the morning with a slower-paced physical activity can consider the free and easy Family Walk - 1km or 5km routes that will be flagging off at 8.30am at St Andrew's Road, outside National Gallery Singapore. Gather the family members and form the largest family contingent at the walk and stand to win dining vouchers worth up to $500!
