While there are different views on whether eating a big breakfast is effective at losing weight, the verdict that breakfast is important in maintaining good health in the long run is pretty unanimous.

Understandably, staying in tip-top health is at the topmost of everyone’s mind these days – who can scroll through anything on social media without news of Covid-19 popping up?
